1. About this site
Daybreak Adventures is operated by JDC, a sole proprietor based in Cape Town, South Africa. We publish travel guides and recommend adventure tours and activities offered by third-party booking platforms (“partners”), such as GetYourGuide and Viator.
We are not a tour operator or travel agent. We do not run tours, take bookings or accept payments.
2. Bookings are made with our partners
When you click a booking link, you leave our site and book directly with the partner. Your booking, payment, cancellation, refund and any changes are handled by the partner and the tour operator under their own terms and conditions. Please read those terms before you book. Any questions or problems with a booking should go to the partner that took your booking.
3. Accuracy of information
We work hard to keep our guides accurate and up to date, but prices, availability, schedules and other details can change without notice. Always check the current details on the partner’s booking page before you book. Our content is general information, not professional travel, safety, medical or legal advice.
4. Adventure activities carry risk
Many activities we feature, such as shark cage diving, bungee jumping, hiking and safaris, involve physical risk. You are responsible for deciding whether an activity is suitable for you, following the operator’s safety instructions, and having appropriate travel and medical insurance.
5. Our trip planner
Our trip planner uses artificial intelligence to suggest ideas and itineraries. Its suggestions are for inspiration only and may contain mistakes. Please check important details (opening times, travel distances, prices, safety) before relying on them.

7. Content and copyright
The text, design and original images on this site belong to Daybreak Adventures or are used with permission. You may share links to our pages, but you may not copy or republish our content without written permission. Tour images shown in partner widgets belong to the partners or tour operators.
8. Acceptable use
Please don’t misuse the site, for example by trying to hack it, scrape it in bulk, send spam through our forms, or use it for anything unlawful.
9. Links to other websites
Our site links to websites we don’t control. We are not responsible for their content, products, services or privacy practices.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, including the Consumer Protection Act, Daybreak Adventures is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site, from relying on its content, or from tours, activities or services provided by partners or tour operators. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be excluded by law.
